What are the health benefits of consuming olive oil? - fat grams in olive oil

Olive oil has a very high percentage of fat. I read on the label of this oil that I use 14 grams of fat per tablespoon!

But from what I understand fat, the fat is really good. Is that true? What is it?

What are the health benefits of drinking olive oil? Is there a limit? How much is too much?
